The company AND JOY reserves the right to adapt or modify these at any time, with the version of the general terms and conditions of sale applicable to any transaction being the one online at andjoybags.com at the time of the order.
The customer declares that they are an individual, at least 18 years of age, and have the legal capacity or authorization from a parent or guardian to place an order on the site. When registering the customer's personal data in the "my account" section, the customer must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the mandatory data provided. In the event of an error in the recipient's contact details, the company AND JOY cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the product. The company AND JOY reserves the right to cancel any order where the customer's IP address is located in a different country from the billing and/or delivery address.
The products offered for sale are those described on the Site. The company AND JOY takes the greatest care in the presentation and description of these products to satisfy the customer's need for information as much as possible. However, it is possible that non-substantial errors may appear on the site, which the customer acknowledges and accepts. In any case, should the delivered product not conform to its description on the Site, the customer may either exercise their right of withdrawal or apply the AND JOY conformity guarantee, which will proceed, if applicable, to an exchange or a refund of the price (total or partial) potentially invoiced.
Placing an order on the website is subject to compliance with the procedure established by the company AND JOY, which consists of a series of steps that the customer must strictly follow to validate their order. Before definitively validating the order, the customer will have the possibility to check the details and total price of the order and to correct any errors before confirming it to express their acceptance. Every order confirmed by the customer constitutes a contract of sale and acceptance of all the stipulations herein.
The company AND JOY will reject any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute or payment incident relating to a previous order, or which contravenes these provisions.
In this scenario, the company AND JOY will inform the Customer by email. In the event that the customer does not proceed to correct the erroneous elements or those contrary to these general terms and conditions of sale with the company AND JOY, the company AND JOY reserves the right not to process the order.
The company AND JOY will send the customer a confirmation email summarizing the order (products, price, product availability, quantity, etc.). To this end, the customer formally accepts the use of email for the confirmation by the company AND JOY of the content of their order. In any event, invoices are provided at the time of delivery.
1. Price determination
Product prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes for mainland France and the European Union, excluding shipping costs.
The total price of the order (including all taxes and shipping costs) is indicated in the shopping cart.
For French Overseas Territories, Switzerland, and all other countries outside the European Union, the sales prices shown are considered tax-free and therefore cannot be subject to VAT deduction. The company AND JOY reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in force at the time of order registration, subject to availability.

4. The data recorded and kept by the company AND JOY constitute proof of the order and of all transactions carried out. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.
Delivery is made to the shipping address indicated by the customer, it being understood that this must be the customer's residential address or that of any other individual of their choice.
Delivery cannot be made to hotels or PO boxes.
For these deadlines to be met, the customer must ensure they have provided accurate and complete information regarding the delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building, staircase, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.).
The deadlines indicated are indicative, corresponding to average processing and delivery times.
The company AND JOY will not be held responsible for consequences due to a shipping delay not attributable to them.
In case of damaged packages (already opened, missing products, etc.), the customer undertakes to notify the carrier and the company AND JOY by any means of all reservations within 3 days following receipt of the product.
The individual customer has a right of withdrawal, which they can exercise without giving a reason, within a period of fourteen (14) business days from the delivery of the order, which shall be exercised by returning, at their own expense for accessories, new products (never used, in their original packaging) or free of charge for a handbag (see our free return policy) after having obtained a return authorization number from the company AND JOY.
The company AND JOY will refund the customer for sums already paid, deducting any shipping costs, under the conditions mentioned in article 7 below.
Refunds for products in the cases provided for in articles II and VI will be made by the company AND JOY within a maximum period of 30 days after receipt of said products. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen by the customer at the time of their order or by issuing a voucher.
Every order implies full acceptance by the customer of the general terms and conditions of sale. These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, only French courts will have jurisdiction. In case of difficulty or complaint regarding an order, the customer can contact Customer Service to find an amicable solution.
The information collected by the company AND JOY during a customer order is necessary for managing the transaction and, for this purpose, may be communicated in whole or in part to the company AND JOY's service providers involved in executing the order. The customer is informed that this same personal data may also be collected by an organization tasked with order analysis and combating credit card fraud. In accordance with the Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, the customer has the right to access, rectify, object to, and delete data concerning them.
