4. The data recorded and stored by the company AND JOY constitutes proof of the order and all transactions carried out. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.
The private customer has a right of withdrawal, which they can exercise without giving a reason, within fourteen (14) working days from the delivery of the order. This is exercised by returning, at their own expense for accessories, new products (never used, in their original packaging) or for free for a bag (see our free return policy) after having obtained a return authorization number from the company AND JOY.
The company AND JOY will reimburse the customer for any sums already paid, minus any shipping costs, under the conditions set out in article 7 below.
