Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Shipping costs include order processing and packing fees, as well as postage. Processing fees are fixed, while transport costs vary based on the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We cannot combine separate orders, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Special care is taken with our products; however, we disclaim all responsibility regarding the handling of the package by the carrier.
The box sizes are appropriate, and your items are properly protected.

Please note that if the carrier indicates your order has been delivered and you unfortunately have not received it, you must file a claim with the carrier. And Joy cannot be held responsible for issues falling under the carrier's responsibility, whose role is to deliver your package to its destination. If tracking shows the package was delivered to the recipient, we consider the package as delivered.
We will always do our absolute best to ship your order as quickly as possible, within the limits of us being a very small team.
It may also happen that delivery services sometimes take longer than expected, which is beyond our control.
This is not guaranteed, but Colissimo usually delivers within 2 to 3 days. Mondial Relay and Shop2Shop deliver within 4 to 5 days as an indication, but these timeframes may be longer under certain circumstances.

Please note that the delivery time does not include the processing time, which can vary from 1 to 2 days depending on order volume (excluding weekends and holidays). Know that our goal is always to ship your order as quickly as possible.
When purchasing a complete bag, And Joy offers you free returns.
If a bag does not suit you or if you have changed your mind, you have 14 days to return your bag to us. We only accept returns of new products without any signs of wear and in their original packaging. (For bag orders placed between 22 November and 22 December, we extend the return period until 7 January of the following year, for exchanges only).
Bags purchased on sale or at a discount can be returned, but return shipping costs are your responsibility. In this specific case, returns are only possible for an exchange, and not for a refund. Exchanges are based on available products.
Contact us to submit your return request. We will send you a shipping label to stick on the box. You must then drop your box off at our carrier.
Note the label number to be able to track the progress of your return.
If you wish to return one or more accessories, And Joy does not cover the return costs, unless you have purchased a complete bag.

We only accept returns of new products with no signs of use and in their original packaging.
Once the bag has arrived and we have checked its condition, we will issue your refund using the payment method you used for your order.
The refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving the product at the latest.
For bags purchased between 22 November and 22 December, we will not offer refunds, only exchanges.
