They are shipped via the carrier of your choice at the time of ordering.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as postage costs. Preparation fees are fixed, while transport costs vary based on the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Great care is taken with our products; however, we decline any responsibility regarding the handling of the package by the carrier.
The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

Please note that if the carrier indicates that your order has been delivered and, unfortunately, you have not received it, you must file a claim with the carrier. And Joy cannot be held responsible for issues falling under the responsibility of the carrier, whose role is to deliver your package to its destination. If the tracking shows that the package was delivered to the recipient, we will consider the package as delivered.
We will always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible, as much as possible given that we are a very small team.
It can also happen that delivery services sometimes take a little longer than expected, which is beyond our control.
This is not contractual, but Colissimo usually delivers in 2 to 3 days. Mondial Relay and Shop2Shop deliver in 4 to 5 days, as an indication, but these times may be extended under certain circumstances.

Please note that the delivery time does not include the preparation time, which can vary from 1 to 2 days depending on the order volume (excluding weekends and holidays). Know that our goal is always to get your order out as quickly as possible.
For the purchase of a complete bag, And Joy offers free returns.
If a bag does not suit you or you have changed your mind, you have 14 days to return your bag to us. We will only accept returns of new products with no signs of use and in their original packaging. (For bag orders placed between 22 November and 22 December, we extend the return period until 7 January of the following year, for exchange only).
Bags purchased on sale or clearance can be returned, but the return shipping costs are your responsibility. Returns are only possible for an exchange, not for a refund in this specific case. The exchange will be carried out based on available products.
Please contact us to make your return request. We will send you a shipping label to affix to the box. You will then need to drop off your box with our carrier.
Please note the label number so you can track the progress of your return.
If you wish to return one or more accessories, And Joy does not cover the return costs, which will be at your expense, unless you have purchased a complete bag.

Once the bag has arrived and we have verified its condition, we will process your refund using the payment method you used when placing your order.
The refund will be processed within a maximum of 7 days after receipt of the product.
For bags purchased between 22 November and 22 December, we will not issue a refund, but only an exchange.
