The AND JOY Company reserves the right to adapt or modify these terms at any time; the version of the general terms and conditions of sale applicable to any transaction being the one appearing online at andjoybags.com at the time of the order.
The customer declares that they are a natural person, at least 18 years old, and have the legal capacity or authorization from a parent or guardian to place an order on the site. When registering their personal data in the “my account” section, the customer must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the mandatory data provided. In the event of an error in the recipient’s address, the AND JOY Company cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the product. The AND JOY Company reserves the right to cancel any order where the customer’s IP address is located in a country different from the billing and/or delivery address.
The products offered for sale are those described on the Site. The AND JOY Company takes the greatest care in the presentation and description of these products to best inform the customer. However, it is possible that non-substantial errors may appear on the site, which the customer acknowledges and accepts. In any event, in the event of a non-conformity of the delivered product with its description on the Site, the customer may either exercise their right of withdrawal or invoke the AND JOY Company’s guarantee of conformity, which will proceed, where applicable, with either an exchange or a refund of the price (in whole or in part) that may have been charged.
Placing an order on the site is subject to compliance with the procedure established by the AND JOY Company, consisting of a series of different steps that the customer must strictly follow to validate their order. Before finally validating their order, the customer will have the opportunity to check the details and total price, and to correct any possible errors before confirming it to express their acceptance. Any order confirmed by the customer constitutes a sales contract and acceptance of all the stipulations herein.
The AND JOY Company will refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute or payment incident regarding a previous order, or who contravenes the provisions herein.
In this case, the AND JOY Company will inform the Customer by email. If the customer fails to correct the erroneous elements or those contrary to these general terms and conditions of sale with the AND JOY Company, the AND JOY Company reserves the right not to process the order.
A confirmation email summarizing the order (products, price, availability, quantity, etc.) will be sent to the customer by the AND JOY Company. To this end, the customer formally accepts the use of email for confirmation by the AND JOY Company of the content of their order. In any case, invoices are provided upon delivery.
1. Price determination
The prices of the products are indicated in euros, including all taxes for Metropolitan France and the European Union, excluding shipping costs.
The total price of the order (including all taxes and shipping costs) is indicated in the shopping cart.
For Overseas departments, Switzerland, and all other countries outside the European Union, the sales prices displayed are considered tax-free and cannot be subject to a VAT deduction. The customer acknowledges that they are considered the official importer and may, depending on the country or Overseas department of delivery chosen at the time of the order, be required to pay customs and/or import duties in accordance with the legislation in force in said country or Overseas department.
The AND JOY Company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of registration of the order, subject to availability.
2. Payment terms
Products are payable in full on the day of the actual order or in 3 interest-free installments.
Payment for purchases is made either by:

The customer accesses a dedicated space provided by a banking institution (Payplug), which ensures the security and recording of the payment order.
Payment in 3 or 4 installments with Payplug / Klarna
Payment in installments/deferred payment is available through our partners Payplug and Klarna.
Purchase amount
Payment in 3 or 4 installments: Only purchases between 150 € and 1200 € are eligible for payment with Klarna.
Fees
When paying in installments with Klarna, the Customer pays no fees.

You are then redirected to our partner’s 3x Klarna webpage displaying the detailed summary of your order and the personalized financing request, which you must then validate. You enter your personal information or, if you have a 3x Klarna account, you log in using the credentials linked to your 3x Klarna account. You read the general terms and conditions for payment in installments you wish to subscribe to, which are provided in PDF format so that you can read, print, and save them before accepting. You then notify your electronic acceptance by checking the corresponding box. You acknowledge that the “double click” associated with the checkbox regarding reading the general terms and conditions constitutes consent to contract and constitutes an irrevocable and unreserved acceptance of the product’s general terms and conditions. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by Klarna constitutes proof of all transactions concluded between you and Klarna. How it works:
Payment in 3 or 4 installments by credit card allows you to pay for the order placed on our merchant site as follows:
A mandatory down payment, debited on the day of confirmation of your order shipment; two or three monthly payments, each corresponding to a third or a quarter of the order, debited at 30 and 60 days later for the 3 installments and at 30, 60, and 90 days later for the 4 installments, which include fees corresponding to 0% of the total order amount for a 3 installment plan and 0% for a 4 installment plan.
For interest-free payment in 3 installments: the cost of financing is 0% of the total order amount.
Example for a purchase of 150€, down payment of 50€, then 2 monthly payments of 50€, credit with a duration of 2 months at a fixed APR of 0%.
Cost of financing: 0€.
For interest-free payment in 4 installments: the cost of financing is 0% of the total order amount.
Example for a purchase of 400€, down payment of 100€, followed by 3 monthly payments of 100€. Credit with a duration of 3 months at a fixed APR of 0%.

4. The data recorded and stored by the company AND JOY constitutes proof of the order and all transactions made. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.
Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, it being specified that this must be the customer’s residence or any other natural person of their choice.
Delivery cannot be made to hotels or PO boxes.
For these deadlines to be met, the customer must ensure that they have provided accurate and complete information regarding the delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building, staircase, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.).
The deadlines indicated are indicative, corresponding to average processing and delivery times.
The AND JOY Company cannot be held responsible for consequences due to a delay in delivery not caused by its own actions.
In the event of damaged packages (already opened, missing products...), the customer agrees to notify the carrier and the AND JOY Company by any means of all reservations within 3 days following receipt of the product.
The private customer has a right of withdrawal, which they can exercise without giving a reason, within a period of fourteen (14) clear days from the delivery of the order, which shall be exercised by returning the new products (never used, in their original packaging) at their own expense for accessories, or for free for a bag (see our free return policy) after having obtained a return authorization number from the company AND JOY.
The company AND JOY will refund the customer any sums already paid, minus any shipping costs, under the conditions referred to in Article 7 below.
Refunds for products in the cases referred to in articles II and VI will be made by the AND JOY Company within a maximum period of 30 days after receipt of said products. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen by the customer at the time of their order or by issuing a voucher.
Any order automatically implies the customer’s adherence to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, only the French Courts will have jurisdiction. In case of difficulty or complaint regarding an order, the customer can contact Customer Service to find an amicable solution.
The information collected by the AND JOY Company when a customer places an order is necessary for the management of the transaction and for this purpose may be communicated in whole or in part to the AND JOY Company’s service providers involved in the execution of the order. The customer is informed that these same personal data may also be collected by an organization in charge of order analysis and the fight against credit card fraud. In accordance with the Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, the customer has the right to access, rectify, oppose, and delete data concerning them.
