Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees, as well as postage costs. Preparation fees are fixed, while transport fees vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your items in a single order. We cannot combine two separately placed orders, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Please note that if the carrier indicates your order has been delivered and you have not received it, you must file a claim directly with the carrier. And Joy will not be held responsible for issues that are the carrier's responsibility, whose role is to deliver your package to its destination. If the tracking indicates the package has been delivered to the recipient, we will consider the package delivered.
We will always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible, within our capabilities, given that we are a very small team.
It may also happen that delivery services take a little longer than expected, which is beyond our control.
This is non-contractual, but typically, Colissimo delivers in 2 to 3 days. Mondial Relay and Shop2Shop deliver in 4 to 5 days, as an indication, but these times may be extended in certain circumstances.

Please note that the delivery time does not include the preparation time, which may vary from 1 to 2 days depending on order volume (excluding weekends and holidays). Keep in mind that our goal is always to ship your order as soon as possible.
For the purchase of a full-price handbag, And Joy offers free returns.
If a handbag doesn't convince you or you have changed your mind, you have 14 days to return it. We only accept returns of new products, with no signs of use, and in their original packaging. (For handbag orders placed between November 22 and December 22, we extend the return period until January 7 of the following year, for exchanges only).
Handbags purchased on sale or clearance can be returned, but return shipping costs are at your expense. In this case, the return is only possible for an exchange, not a refund. Exchanges are based on available products.
Please contact us to make your return request. We will send you a shipping label to attach to the box. You must then drop off your box at our carrier.
Please note the label number so you can track the progress of your return.
If you wish to return one or more accessories, And Joy does not cover return costs, which will be at your expense, unless you have purchased a full-price handbag.

Once the bag has arrived and we have verified its condition, we will process your refund using the payment method you used when placing your order.
The refund will be made within a maximum of 7 days after receipt of the product.
For bags purchased between November 22 and December 22, we will not issue a refund, but only an exchange.
